Muscle is responsible for every movement your body makes, from running to throwing in the high jump. The fact is that the stronger a muscle, the more power can be applied. Having stronger, more muscular legs means increased foot speed, as well as stronger and more muscular shoulders means the ability to throw up. Strong muscles around the muscles can not help it.

Myth No. 3: You must always use perfect, textbook form on all exercises.

Although in good form at the gym is always important, had perfect form is a completely different matter.
